Training: Computer Literacy, Basic Intermediate and Advanced Databases, Internet Literacy

One of our basic goals in previous sessions has been to train people so that they never need a teacher again. The three big tools users need is to accomplish this is patience, a resource and self confidence. In my life I've done and learnt plumbing, gardening, cooking, auto repair, programming, driving across the US without a guide and more because I chose the right resources, I had patience and I've learnt self confidence from doing things on my own. This, more than any specific lesson is what we try to impart on people who take our literacy or any other computing courses.

Networking: Wired, Wireless and Installing Servers etc.

Other: Researching what a client needs to get what they want done.

After more than a decade online I can find information about anything someone needs to find out as long as it exists online. If you think this is that easy see how long it takes you to find contacts from Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the U.S. (HBCUs). This was a query that one client asked for.
